Bookings & Payments
Bookings for events, workshops or programmes may be made through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite, partner organisations, venues, or directly with Fiery Hearts.
Where bookings are made through third-party platforms, the terms, conditions and refund policies of that platform will apply unless otherwise stated.
Where bookings are made directly with Fiery Hearts, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to events, facilitators, timings or venues where necessary.
If an event needs to be cancelled by Fiery Hearts, participants will be offered a refund or alternative where possible.
Participation in Activities
Fiery Hearts offers movement, wellbeing, sound, creative and community activities designed to support physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
Participation in any activity is voluntary.
By attending a session, participants confirm that they:
- take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing
- will inform the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or accessibility needs
- will only take part in activities that feel appropriate for them
Participants are responsible for ensuring that activities are suitable for them.
Fiery Hearts accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
Respectful & Inclusive Spaces
We aim to create safe, welcoming and inclusive environments for everyone.
We ask all participants to treat others with respect and to follow the guidance of facilitators and organisers.
Fiery Hearts reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour may put others at risk or disrupt the event.

Photography & Media

Images will only be used for purposes connected to Fiery Hearts activities, such as reports, publicity, or sharing community work.
