Ebony Somo, MBA, FCCA
Finance Champion
Ebony Somo is a visionary leader and the founder of Fiery Hearts Seva, driven by a passion for community empowerment through arts and wellbeing. With a background as an ACCA qualified accountant with an Executive MBA from Esade Business School, she brings strategic expertise to the organisation. Ebony has a strong history of community engagement, and as a seasoned yogi, and wellness advocate, she blends her business acumen with holistic wellbeing, ensuring Fiery Hearts CIC thrives as a force for positive change.

Yin Chan, Msc, PhD candidate
Governance Champion
Yin Chan is a chemist, materials researcher, and PhD student at Imperial College London. With a strong academic foundation in chemistry and materials science, Yin has also gained diverse experience in fire risk management, electrical engineering, and performance arts, including circus, aerial and pole, exotic dance, and archery. Yin’s unique blend of scientific and creative expertise adds a valuable perspective to the Fiery Hearts CIC board, supporting its vision for innovation and holistic wellbeing.

Rikki Beadle-Blair, MBE
Arts Champion
Rikki Beadle-Blair is an award-winning playwright, director, filmmaker, and activist dedicated to using the arts as a tool for empowerment and social change. With a prolific career spanning theatre, television, and film, Rikki has been a powerful voice for diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. His work champions underrepresented voices, fostering opportunities for emerging talent across creative industries. Rikki brings his passion for storytelling, mentorship, and cultural impact, helping to shape the organisation’s vision of arts and wellbeing as a force for transformation.

Susann Pietschmann
Wellbeing Champion
Susann Pietschmann is a German-born explorer and travel designer dedicated to crafting transformative journeys that inspire growth, connection, and self-discovery. With a deep appreciation for cultural richness and a curious, adventurous spirit, she creates experiences that invite others to step beyond their comfort zones. Her path is rooted in holistic wellbeing, anchored by breathwork, yoga, movement, and conscious living. Susann blends adventure with intention, believing true wellness arises when body, mind, and spirit align.
